April 28 Spring Work Day!
Spring cleaning with a purpose!! Bring your group or family to help us get things spruced up and in order for the amazing work that God plans to do through Beechpoint in the coming months. Windows will be washed, grounds cleaned, buildings stained, and the shared work will bring fun and joy to all involved! Join us from 9am until 4pm with lunch provided. May 5 8th Annual Benefit Auction
Join us at Beechpoint for the most fun you’ve had on one day in a very long time. Put a western steak dinner together with great live music in the beautiful new Lakeview Lodge overlooking the shores of Dumont Lake – and how can you go wrong?! The meal begins at 3 PM and the auction starts at 5 PM in the gym. Items this year include travel packages, handcrafted items, tools, sporting equipment, fresh-baked goods, flowers, furniture, gift certificates, services…. Basically something special for everyone… Mr. D bets you can’t outbid him for his daughter’s strawberry rhubarb pie! What makes it fun is that people come to give to the ministry! The bidding starts and stops with laughs and cheers. Tradition allows a center portion of the event to focus on “purchasing” camper scholarships for children in need. Every year I’m amazed! I hope you can join us! We are also asking that each of you bring a car-load of friends and consider giving a new or crafted item to the auction. We love a full house!
May 18 Golf Marathon at the Lynx Golf Course
100 holes of golf in one day? You bet! This will be our third year to join together to raise Camper scholarships. We are looking for men or women who would sponsor themselves for $1.25 per hole and seek to raise an additional $25/hole from friends, family, and corporate sponsors. From Scratch Golfers to Scary Slicers – don’t worry about it… we have the entire course to make a difference in kid’s lives, and any amount raised will benefit our camp scholarship program! . Each year Beechpoint gives away close to $180,000 in scholarships to families in need and this year our Golf Marathon Goal is to raise $50,000! Oh, did I tell you about the Hole-in-One Contest for $10,000, player incentives, and multiple on-the-course prizes? Find a friend and sign up today! Call Mark for an information packet! June 2 Bike-n-Hike, Chicago Scholarship Event
Beechpoint friends in the Chicago area can join us for enjoyable evening at Lombard Chapel. Bring a guest to see a camp presentation, enjoy a nice meal, watch an entertaining show. Call for details and times.

Tuesdays in July Camp In Actions Tours
Come to Beechpoint any Tuesday of July at 7:00 PM and see camp in action! You will be guided on a camp tour, see kids having a blast, enjoy some ice cream, and stay to participate in evening Chapel – and fireside if you’d like! September 29 Fall Work Day

October 6 Fall Celebration
Please join us for a wonderful meal, ministry update, and stories of God’s work. It is our way of saying thanks for helping this year’s ministry happen! Your partnership is life-changing! Please RSVP as seats are limited to 275.
December 7 Christmas at the Cove
The Lakeview Lodge provides an amazing setting to celebrate the season with friends. Musicians, vocalists, and performers create a wonderful evening that lifts all spirits. The program begins at 7 PM and ends at 8 PM. Last year the guests didn’t want to leave – they fellowshipped with wassail and desserts until the fires in the fireplaces died down to embers. You will want to join us!
